Uncovering my true self through numerology
After nearly a decade of interpreting other people's numerology, I finally cracked the code to calculate my own name's numerology! But it wasn’t as simple as applying the typical English-based numerology methods.
The challenge? My birth name was written in Arabic, and traditional Western numerology systems didn’t apply. For years, I leaned on my birthday numbers alone, and while they felt true, there was always this lingering sense of something missing.
I knew there was more to uncover. And now, I have.
The Missing Piece
For so long, I worked with just my birthday numerology. It revealed the numbers 1, 5, and 7 — painting a picture of someone independent, adventurous, and analytical. And yes, that absolutely resonated with me. But there was a depth I couldn’t access.
After much research, I finally successfully applied the Abjjad Arabic Numerology system and was able to complete my numerology calcuations.
My name revealed the numbers 8, 5, reflecting my leadership, abundance and adaptability. Also the 6 (personality) reflects an appearance to the outside world of a nurturer.
Discovering these additional numbers was like seeing reflections of myself that I’d always known were there, but never had names for. With my full numerology — both my birthday and name numbers — I feel as if I’ve found my missing puzzle pieces.
I share this because I know I’m not alone in feeling like parts of ourselves are hidden, unseen, or misunderstood. If you’ve ever felt like there’s more to you than what’s on the surface, perhaps it’s time to look deeper. The answers may be waiting in your name.
